GT-001 NOTICE: Green Team classes are temporarily on hold due to the current pre-deployment cycle and a upcoming deployment. Training will resume once 8 candidates have been pooled and the deployment phase concludes.

NAVAL SPECIAL WARFARE COMMAND

AUTHORIZED SCREENING & ASSIGNMENT ACCESS

About This Command

Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM) is the United States Navy’s unified command responsible for overseeing all SEAL Teams, Special Boat Teams, and their support elements. Our simulation draws direct inspiration from the operational structure, ethos, and mission scope of real-world NSW units — particularly Tier 1 elements such as DEVGRU, in close integration with 160th SOAR and the 24th Special Tactics Squadron.

We operate as a **hardcore realism unit** — one that reflects the doctrine, planning methodology, and execution seen in Joint Special Operations Task Forces. That means intelligence-led mission design, command-centric operations, and clear task division. But make no mistake: this isn’t a boot camp clone. We’ve eliminated the superficial "PT tests" and excessive administrative training cycles. Instead, we’ve retained what matters — sound judgment, realistic standards, tight structure, and accountability to the mission and the team.

This unit simulates real-world NSW deployments across a range of environments — from direct action raids and kill/capture missions, to AFO reconnaissance, HVT tracking, and maritime boarding operations. Each operation is driven by in-universe intelligence reports, JPEL target development, and mission planning handled by dedicated staff or assigned elements. We don't do sandbox shootouts or forced filler content. Everything has context, and everyone has a role.

Whether you’re applying as a SEAL operator, a rotary-wing pilot, or a HUMINT asset, understand this: **we expect commitment, not perfection**. We’re looking for players who understand immersion, take initiative, and value structure. If you’re here to win a scoreboard, this isn’t for you. If you’re here to build a unit that reflects how NSW actually works — we’ll meet you halfway and provide the platform.

Assignment to this command is selective. We don’t conduct mass recruitment. Every applicant is screened, and every position serves a specific purpose. If you make it in, you’re part of something tighter than just another Arma team — you’re part of a controlled, mature environment that prioritizes quality over headcount.

Any questions or concerns go to SOCM. R. Evans on discord.

Mission Sets & Planning Structure

DEVGRU operates under Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) as a Tier 1 Special Mission Unit, executing high-risk, time-sensitive operations against targets of strategic national interest. These operations are not randomized tasks — they are precision missions shaped by validated intelligence, cryptologic support, inter-service collaboration, and structured rehearsals.

Mission Generation Pipeline

Each operation begins with an intelligence trigger. Whether it's a signals intercept, drone-based pattern-of-life, or a captured device, all raw data is routed through the JSOC J2 node, Naval Special Warfare Group (NSWG) intelligence, and cryptologic elements for triage. Target packets are built only after multi-source validation and detailed risk assessment.

  • SIGINT: TENCAP assets, CT teams, or airborne intercepts via RC-135, U-28, or MQ-9 platforms
  • ISR: Persistent surveillance via MQ-9 Reaper, RQ-170, or tactical UAVs
  • DOMEX: Exploitation of captured phones, SIM cards, laptops, biometric devices
  • J2 Analysis: Real-time threat matrix development and escalation flagging

Planning Cell & Operational Structuring

Once validated, the mission enters the hands of the Joint Planning Cell (JPC), which includes DEVGRU Troop leadership, STS fire support officers, 160th SOAR liaisons, and cryptologic planners. This team determines tactical shaping factors such as:

  • Ingress & exfil options (airborne, surface, foot, clandestine vehicle)
  • Strike window based on ISR availability and target movement
  • Enemy COA matrix and deception indicators
  • ROE tier level, risk tolerance, and signals posture

All approved operations culminate in a structured five-paragraph OPORD and mission rehearsal. Rehearsals may include rock drills, night walk-throughs, fire plans, and SSE rehearsals depending on available time and mission complexity.

Specialist Planning & Cryptologic Roles

Within the unit, the following support billets directly shape operations. These positions are reserved for individuals demonstrating initiative, realism, and a clear grasp of operational intent:

  • CTN / CTI (Cryptologic Support): Manages SIGINT intercept, technical surveillance, decryption, and packet delivery for actionable use
  • J2 Intelligence Analyst: Maintains current enemy disposition, builds target decks, briefs operators, and validates OPORD intel sections
  • Mission Planner (J3): Develops CONOPs, assigns troop-level tasking, manages time-on-target and alternate COAs
  • ISR Coordinator: Monitors drone feeds, assigns collection targets, triggers overwatch alerts, and coordinates sensor coverage
  • Red Cell / Adversary Planner: Acts as enemy commander during planning. Pressure-tests assumptions and simulates enemy doctrinal response

Operational Lifecycle

  • Intel Trigger: SIGINT intercept or ISR hit confirms objective
  • Target Validation: J2 verifies identity and builds movement pattern
  • WARNO: Issued internally to trigger planning cell
  • OPORD: Structured plan is released with asset tasking
  • Rehearsal: Unit executes drills and risk management walkthroughs
  • Execution: DEVGRU element deploys with support assets
  • SSE / DOMEX: Secure site, collect intel, and begin triage
  • AAR: Debrief, intelligence updates, and mission scoring

This structure ensures no mission is improvised. Every action has intelligence justification, coordinated support, and documented objectives. If you're looking for a unit that mirrors how real-world Tier 1 task forces operate — this is it.

Screening & Unit FAQ

This unit simulates Naval Special Warfare operations with JSOC integration. That includes intelligence-driven tasking, role-specific responsibilities, and operations grounded in real-world doctrine. This is not a casual milsim environment.

No. We assess judgment, commitment, and adaptability. Prior experience is beneficial but not mandatory. You’ll be trained on our SOPs and operational expectations if selected, with or without experience.

All content used by this unit is private and developed internally. Accepted members receive access to our modpack through secure distribution. Redistribution or repackaging is not authorized under any circumstances.

Operations are planned weekly and posted through our secure scheduling system. Timezones are converted automatically. Attendance is tracked and factored into billet retention and assignment.

We use a combination of private mods and in-game ACRE2 radios that replicate real-world communications structure, including net discipline, SOI rotations, and call sign protocols.

Yes. Upon assignment to Green Team or another development billet, you will undergo a structured evaluation period covering SOPs, mission integration, and team coordination. Completion is required before full assignment to operational elements.

We simulate Blue Squadron, 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, and the 24th Special Tactics Squadron. Every billet is validated and held to realistic tasking. No filler roles or redundant support staff.

Yes, although, screening is selective and application-based. Applications are reviewed manually and evaluated on intent, mindset and personality, not just skill.

No. This is a fictional simulation project. All names, references, and structures are for immersion purposes only and do not represent official DoD policy or endorsement.
